Sorry LAS ppl but it has to be said
yes as most of las are prob thinking "he is sad" i was watching casualty tonight and yesterday(sorry 4 the 2nd post) and josh one of my other people who i look upto looked and was made out that he was going to die.I look upto him just beacuse i want to get to his rank:Dnothing else!.He was stabed and has a pnemothorax and also had to have a thorocotamy performed on him so a bit of gore going on. But in the end josh survived so now casualty can carry on with their drama.ive had an idea.how about....... a nun standing on a step ladder, above a bath changing a light bulb-(as their normally this cheesey).
what you think??

At the footy + xmas
First of all merry Xmas everyone and back to the "ambulancey" stuff:d.Yesterday it was freezing on the way to the ground. I had my shirt then work shirt then fleece then my high-vis jacket and i was still freezing i also think it came down to the steel cap boots!.i was with three other cool st johnnies and we had a good laugh through the match and also some lovely people in the crowd gave us a pack of mince pies to share!,I love these people the week before they gave us a tine of celebrations which we were still enjoying yesterday in the 1st aid room:D.It was my last match of 2006 score 6-2.One funny thing,i pulled the handle of the door and yes nearly locked us all in the 1st aid room and had the same comment "blame it on the cadet" i get it alot!.
O yeah gcses mocks coming up have i done any revision no just p.e as I'm actually interested in it as it includes first aid and health!and anatomy and physiology. Also thanks to people like carmelo who left my first few comments actually still encouraging me on stuff like this it seems like i am what he was like 4 years ago!
Happy x'mas Everyone take care keep reading!

My first Steps
Over This month alot has been running through my head.Its not just christmas.Every teacher is pushing us to the maximum as we have are "mock"gces coming up. The boys like me, who are likely to leave have been told to look around colleges.I started doing this in year 10! so i had a good idea my main choices were;
- NHS Cadet Scheme NVQ level 2
- Public Services-National diploma
- LOCON acess to Paramedic Studies
Over much consulation with Paramedics and univeristy lectures,i decided to join the public services national diploma,this is equal to three A levels if i perform well:D. I need to get 5 GCSE'S at grade A-C.
Will i make it?
The Book i will be reading everyday,One small book for the course,one big step for JoeWhy i started this blog
As you can see,my display name medic 19914. It came from what i want to be "a paramedic" also my age at the moment which is 16 and also the month of my birthday!.I created this blog as i see may blogs which insipre me e.g carmeli alongi,Random acts of reality and Nee Naw. At the moment i am just doing my gcses and have applied for Public services National Dip at the local college.I am also a member of SJA.Most of my time is speant with them whilst i still live the wild life of a 16 year old Enjoy!:D
